Training Services is a social enterprise established in 2006 to provide training to people who are unemployed and seeking to acquire skills in order to find work.
The organisation conducts a wide range of training programmes to enable its clients to develop skills that employers value and build a foundation for optimum performance in the workplace.
The training programmes which are led by professional personnel are varied and most are conducted via targeted, short seminars and workshops lasting five days or less. Classes are generally conducted onsite, using a variety of teaching and learning techniques to cater for varying learning styles. We offer accredited as well as unaccredited programmes.
ACT also offers a job brokerage service, working with candidates as they prepare to go into work. We assist our clients to identify employment opportunities and we work with employers in order to ascertain their needs and tailor our programmes so that our candidates can access their vacancies.
The directors are Andrea Campbell, an author and linguist and Richmond Tyser, a specialist in International Law.
